ERW630 high precision high frequency welded tube mill machine making machine
This line is used to manufacture welded steel pipe of Φ273mm-Φ630mm with 6.0mm-20mm of wall thickness, can produce Square pipe 200*200 - 500*500mm.

Production Process
Scroll up → Uncoil → Flattening → End Shear & Butt Welding → Accumulator → Forming → High-frequency induction welding→ Removing external burr → Cooling → Sizing → Cutting → Checking & Collecting → Accessing Warehouse
